气缸内置，驱动力通过斜楔机构传递。工作稳定可靠。在加工期间，卡盘通过双作用单向阀保持压力。只有在主轴完全停止时，压缩空气才能通过配气盘和配气圈供给。

Chuck with built-in cylinder, driving force is transmitted through the wedge mechanism. It is stable and reliable in work. Built in double non-return valves maintain the air pressure during machining. The compressed air feed via distributor ring and profile seals only when the spindle completely stops.

配气盘的安装和定心调整通过固定于主轴箱端面的配气盘支架实现，保证与旋转的卡盘不存在任何接触。为提高操作安全，可根据用户要求增加压力和夹紧行程监控装置。

The stationary distributor ring must be mounted so that no contact exist against the rotating power chuck. The distributor ring is centered and laterally mounted by means of a bracket fixed to the headstock of the lathe. To ensure the safety, a safety control system supplied according to the customer’s request, so that clamping pressure level constantly checked.
